information. If you are contacted outside of the game by anyone with the name gm-crayon@joymax.co.kr
or anything similar it is not a GM but rather someone who is trying scam you or steal your account. If you are
contacted by such an individual please immediately break contact and report the address listed or any other
information to the bug report section under the Customer Service tab on the official website

Inside of the game, GM speech will always be pink and their GM title will be in brackets like this [GM]
